II: Otherworldly Haunting Miasma

The psychic is succumbing to his wounds. While continuing to see the events unfold, he warns the group that it is getting far worse at an accelerated rate. The group comments on an unavoidable burning smell in the air: a combination of buildings collapsing, flesh burning, and in true oddity, the atmosphere rotting away. The majority of the group (minus you, the listener) run outside, letting the panic consume them, no longer letting themselves choose to be a solution to humanity. Both you and the psychic remain in hiding.
